Shipping is first class and includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Free shipping is expedited and also includes insurance and delivery confirmation.
Return Policy:
Items can be returned within 7 days for a refund that does not include shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received unless there is reasonable damage from wear. Exceptions to this are items that have had their enamel damaged as it is very easy to do, and impossible to repair. Customers must contact me before they return items and must repackage them to meet my standards. Items that are damaged in the mail must have claims made to USPS.
