A pair of silvertone and paste clip earrings by Bogoff. Circa 1949-54. Some discoloration to some of the paste (see pictures), but still very wearable.
By the early 1950s Bogoff was the 3rd largest costume jewelry maker after Coro and Trifari and had major showrooms in San Francisco and on 5th Avenue in New York. Bogoff also frequently advertised at this time in magazines such as Vogue and Harper's Bazaar.
